A member of the senior management team at USTC, Torben works primarily with finance, risk management, benchmarking and process optimising, mergers & acquisitions, strategy, and strategy implementation. Previously with J. Lauritzen Holding and the East Asiatic Company in Denmark, Holland, Belgium, Malaysia and Australia.

Michael Keldsen

A partner at Kromann Reumert - Denmark's premier law firm - Michael works primarily with general commercial law and represents a number of clients on maritime issues. Michael is also engaged in Danish-German legal matters, contractual negotiations and transactions.

Eric F. Michelsen

Most recently Managing Director, Deutsche Bank - Global Markets (Multiproduct Retail Margin Flow Business), Eric was previously Vice Chief Executive Officer at Saxo Bank.
