We are currently seeking an Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant for our Singapore Branch.

 

Job Scope:

  • Assist the Sales Director and Team in full spectrum of administrative duties
  • Co-ordinating with Credit Center and Sales / Operations team globally to set up Application of Credit and Trade Facilities.
  • Liaise with middle and back office operations.
  • Assist in drafting letters, memos and handle corporate matters
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, record minutes
  • Keep calendar of appointments up-to-date
  • Make travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration with at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant. Finance or professional services background preferred.
  • Proactive approach towards client with exceptional service minded orientation.
  • Ability to work independently. Positive Attitude.
  • Have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills to competently interact at diverse levels.
  • Good decision making capability with diplomacy, discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Pleasant disposition, resourceful, initiative and meticulous.
  • Must be IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Tools.
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR (with at least 2 years local working exposure).
