Overall responsibility

You will be part of the Back Office/Finance Team and work closely together with other players such as the sales teams, Middle-Office team and IT department.

You will play an important role participating in and driving Back Office related development projects/tasks. Your role may incorporate both coordination and in-depth analysis being individual problem solver or part of the performing team.

Development Projects (Back Office participant):

  • Regulated trade reporting to authorities (EMIR/MiFID)
  • Compliance support tools
  • New Products
    • Requirement Specification (Back Office)
    • IT development and implementation
    • Booking/accounting technical setup
    • Trade Documents
  • Subaccounts (client portfolio)
  • And more

Further to supporting and driving development, you will be part of the Back Office Value Chain safeguarding and consolidating the processes: Onboarding of clients, Trade Management, Positions- and Settlement Management.

Strong team-player with a proactive mindset

You are naturally motivated by being part of a Team covering the whole value chain of our trading flow from onboarding of clients to trade settlement. Still you also possess the ability to work independently and take great responsibility for your tasks.

Your may have acquired your experience working in the financial sector - back office. Or your experience Is achieved from general accounting and administration. Still experience working within the area of trading or financial contracts management would be considered an advantage.

You may have experience taking part in projects involving high level of IT development, and you possess the analytical and personal skill to bridge trade/contract management requirements and IT development.

We imagine that you have:

  • Minimum a few years of experience within either Back Office, accounting, or finance
  • Above experience possibly combined with IT-related development-projects participation
  • Relevant educational background
  • Structured and organized approach
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
  • Teamplayer mindset
  • Analytical skill
  • Solid English language
