Global Risk Management is a leading provider of customized energy price risk hedging solutions, and we combine our in-depth knowledge of the energy market, finance, and transport to guide and help our clients. We have been in the business for 15 years and have offices in Singapore, Houston, Dubai, Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Middelfart. You will be situated in our headquarter in Middelfart.
We provide risk management solutions to external clients within shipping, transport, aviation, and supply while acting as an in-house trading house for our sister companies worldwide.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Student Assistant in our Back-Office department, you will become part of a team consisting of 7 dedicated and motivated professionals. You will be working in close collaboration with the rest of the company to achieve the goals and targets for the organization.
The position is part-time, approx. 15-20 hours per week and the job is based in Middelfart. Working hours will, of course, be flexible in relation to your exam periods at the university.
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Drive and take responsibility for administrative tasks in our Back Office function
- Manage the process of trade confirmations
- Registrations of approved credit lines
- Administration of our internal travel management system
- Distribute and sort incoming mails from customers and sister companies
As a Student Assistant in Global Risk Management, you have a positive mindset, are eager to learn, and at the same time take responsibility for your work tasks. You must be a confident team player with a structured and methodical approach. Furthermore, it is required that you possess the below qualifications:
- Economics or business student
- Excellent communications skills, both in Danish and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Committed and self-driven
- Motivated by delivering the best result with an eye on the detail
