Global Risk Management appoints Jacob Nørgaard as Chief Financial Officer
As Global Risk Management’s Chief Financial Officer, Jacob Nørgaard will lead the company’s finance team which includes strategic financial planning, risk management and reporting, controlling, and IT development. Furthermore, he will play a key role in developing and executing the company’s new strategy and become a member of the Executive Management team.
Nørgaard joins Global Risk Management from Velliv, one of Denmark’s leading pension companies, where he worked for more than two years as the Senior Vice President and Head of Finance. He brings with him a wealth of experience and know-how within risk management, compliance, strategy execution and leadership.

Prior to his role his role as SVP at Velliv, Nørgaard worked as Chief Risk Officer managing the Velliv’s risk and capital alongside acting as risk partner for the executive management, investment committee and board of directors.
