New hire in Global Risk Management - Ann-Katrine Petrea Andersen
We are pleased to inform you about the employment of Ann-Katrine Petrea Andersen as KYC and Contract Specialist at our head office in Denmark.
Ann-Katrine, 27, holds a Master of Law from the University of Southern Denmark. Along her studies, Ann-Katrine taught bachelor students within different areas of law, deepening her knowledge and further developing the skills she acquired through university.
As KYC and Contract Specialist Ann-Katrine’s work tasks include onboarding of new clients, KYC-check and the preparation of contracts. She states that her eagerness to work within this area stems from the importance of KYC to prevent money laundering and the finance of terror. She also finds it exciting to work with the legal challenges that arise around contracts and derivatives. KYC is short for Know your customer. From January 2018 new KYC requirements were introduced for companies like Global Risk Management who are subject to MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive).
Further, Ann-Katrine states on her employment: “I am very excited that Global Risk Management offers me the opportunity to work in a global environment and aid me in growing both professionally and personally.”
