Global Risk Management is a group of companies, all belonging to the same ultimate owner, A/S United Shipping and Trading Company (USTC). 

USTC is a global group of companies and one of Denmarks largest. It is a significant owner of tankers and is actively engaged in the worldwide supply of fuel to the shipping market. 

Bunker Holding is the parent company of a group of companies specialising in the purchase, sale and supply of fuel and lube oil to ships as well as risk management and associated services.
