Be part of a dedicated team, cooperating with stakeholders around the world
Our new Administrative Assistant will be part of our dedicated Back Office team and will be reporting to our Head of Back Office. The position is part time, ranging from 3-4 hours a day, depending on the workload. You will be working in close cooperation with the Back Office team as well as relevant stakeholders in our global organisation and you will be situated in our headquarters in Middelfart.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Archiving
- Registration and follow-up on customer acceptance of trades
- Registration and send out of contracts to customers
- Other ad hoc tasks
An Administrative Assistant with great communicative skills and willingness to learn
You are maybe taking a sabbatical year between studies, coming back from illness or just looking for a part-time position in which you can still grow your competencies and get challenged. Having a specific degree, field of study is not the most important thing. Most importantly you are positive, structured and take on every task, big or small, with a smile. Furthermore, you possess great problem-solving skills and pay attention to details. At the same time, you are outgoing and eager to work with multiple tasks at a time and are good at planning your work.
Furthermore, we imagine that you possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a strong preference
