Webinar: Decoding the Decision – IMO Net-Zero Framework

On 17 October 2025, a majority of IMO Member States decided to postpone the historic Net Zero Framework by one year. Bunker Holding Group’s Public Affairs Director, Maria Skipper, attended the IMO meeting as part of IBIA’s (International Bunker Industry Association) delegation. On behalf of Bunker Holding, Global Risk Management (GRM) will host a webinar to share Maria’s unique insight into the IMO decision with our stakeholders, clients and partners.
